Packaging & Shipping
Roll Packaging
Sunshade Net rolls are tightly wound and wrapped with UV-resistant plastic film. Each roll is secured with PP straps and stacked on pallets for easy handling and transport.
Labeling and Documentation
Each pallet carries a label indicating product type, batch number, shade percentage, and roll dimensions. A packing list and quality certificate are included to ensure traceability.
Container Loading
A standard 40-ft container can hold a large quantity of Sunshade Net rolls, depending on roll size and length. Rolls are strapped and braced to prevent movement during shipping.
Transportation and Storage
All pallets are covered with waterproof tarpaulins during transport. Products should be stored in dry, shaded areas, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and stacked safely to avoid damage.
